REIKI WORKSHOPS
Open to all.
The Heart of Reiki
Reiki is more than a technique — it’s a path of inner cultivation.
At Creating Wellness Center, our Reiki workshops invite you to reconnect with the original teachings of Mikao Usui, blending tradition, mindfulness, and energy awareness into a deeply personal practice.
A Return to the Source
For many years, I taught Holy Fire® III Reiki through the lineage of William Lee Rand. The experience was transformative and meaningful, yet over time, I felt a quiet calling to return to how Reiki was originally practiced and shared in Japan.
That calling became Shushin-Do Reiki, “The Way of Cultivating the Heart.”
It’s a return to simplicity, meditation, and spiritual depth — to Reiki as a living practice of presence— not just a healing technique.
What is Shushin-Do?
Shushin-Do Reiki honors the roots of Usui Reiki Ryoho, emphasizing self-cultivation, meditation, and direct energetic experience.
Each workshop includes Reiju (spiritual blessings) — the traditional way Reiki was transmitted and guided practices to help you embody Reiki as a natural state of harmony and awareness.
