MYOSKELETAL ALIGNMENT
Myoskeletal alignment is a type of bodywork which blends the principles of osteopathy and structural integration to relieve chronic pain. This technique incorporates stretching and muscle energy techniques. It is often integrated into regular massage and bodywork sessions but can also be used alone to treat systemic problems. The focus of this technique is on back, neck and hips to reduce pain in a particular area.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to alleviate restrictions within muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger point therapy focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers found throughout your body. It is great for relieving cramped and overused muscles.

Reiki Workshops
Reiki is derived from two kanji characters that translate to spiritually guided life force energy. It can be thought of as a special kind of life force energy that guides itself through the practitioner to heal self and others. It can easily be learned in a 1-3 day workshop without requiring yourself to have a prior background in energy work. Michael offers 1-3 day workshops for all levels of Usui Holy Fire III® Reiki and Karuna Reiki®.
